Lisa Goodwin-Allen is one of the most innovative and exciting chefs in the UK today.
Leading the kitchen brigade at Northcote since the age of 23 and a regular fixture on British television screens, she draws inspiration from the Ribble Valley's stunning landscape to produce stunning dishes that showcase the wide range of incredible produce the area has to offer.
It's about taking local produce and putting my own spin on it, working with the seasons to bring out the best in each product and create exciting new dishes.
